Drillers are required to obtain and have posted on-site the Certificate to Proceed with Drilling issued by the District to the well applicant/owner. 

Drillers are responsible for submitting a completion report within 60 days of finishing a new well.

 Penalties for non-compliance are set out in District Rule 15.4.
