This form is intended to register a property in the District’s Aquifer Conservancy Program. Please complete a new application for each property that the applicant requests to enroll.

To verify your property we need either your Property ID number or you can upload a copy of your deed.
The Property ID number is available on your property tax statement from the County Appraisal District.
To participate in the Aquifer Conservancy Program, you must own the land and groundwater rights.
Select the Terms of Contract. 5 Years at $10 per acre per year 10 Years at $16 per acre per year 20 Years at $20 per acre per year 30 Years a $30 per acre per year 50 Years @ $50 per acre per year All terms available at $0 per acre per year
A one-time, $50 per acre, signup bonus will be sent to you within 60 days. (assuming you qualify for the program)
